The Lemony Ginger Scone

I'm everybody's favorite. The other scones are jealous because I'm beautiful and perky. I spend my mornings in the beauty parlor getting ready for debutante balls. I'm descended from British royalty but my spicy crystallized ginger comes from Asia. Kings and queens adore me. I smell lemony delicious and have been told I'm kind of tart. Everyone wants a piece of me.
